The Royal Thai Embassy is located in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This project was designed in corroborating with PLAN Studio. We care deeply about the surrounded environment in this project not just the building itself. Pond was added to surround the building and green courtyard was inserted in the middle of the building which creates a green public space for the user inside the building. We carefully choose the tone of the building to match with the environment in this project, which bring calm and pleasant feeling to the people who came to the embassy. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn came to visit the embassy during the opening ceremony in 2012.
