Normmarque Real Estate project provides 3 different kind of building types; shop-house, mini factory and community market. In order to connect and sustain a community, designer organizes overall layout, usability as well as appearance of the building. Besides an industrial-loft style look which is the result from using more efficient but less costly materials, variety of space has been studied to deliver more relevant between each building types such as green interventions, diversity of distance among buildings, appropriate mass to fit in context etc.
